Our Weekly Harvest Boxes:
“CSA” stands for “Community-Supported Agriculture”. As farmers, we are reliant on community support in order to make a living. By becoming a member of our CSA program (spring-fall), you will be investing in the wellbeing of the farm while enjoying a weekly portion of its bounty.
We are limited to 30 memberships (families) for the 2025 season. We aim to start harvesting around late April to early May and run through early-to-mid November depending on the frost/weather patterns for a total of at least 27 weeks but probably closer to 30-32 weeks. We will try to extend the season for as long as we can.
On January 1st or at any point that you join thereafter, a non-refundable down payment of $625 will be charged to your credit card to allow us to purchase all necessary items for the season (seeds, amendments, harvest & packaging supplies, etc.)
Each week, you will be charged $39 per harvest box. The exact contents of the box will change week to week to offer you a variety of seasonal fruits & vegetables. We aim to provide enough produce for 2 adult veggie lovers or a family of 4 who incorporates produce into each meal. We plan to include 8-12 varieties of veggies per week, and we will do our best to customize your box based to your preferences based on what we have available.
You may, of course, opt out of any week as long as we know 7 days before delivery or pick-up. We don't want to force you to get a box on a week that you don't need it or will be out of town. You will not be charged that week.
We will be offering additional veggies or other homemade goods some weeks. We plan to inform you on Mondays via email of the planned contents of your box that week and any optional add-ons so that you can provide feedback as to any changes needed or optional add-ons you’d like by Tuesday before midnight. For example, if you have a standard box for $39 and want to add on two dark chocolate bars at $5 each, you would respond to our Monday email by the end of the day Tuesday and would be charged $49 on delivery day. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we will be doing most of our harvesting. For those who live near Mt. Laurel, we will be delivering to a cooler on each person’s doorstep on Thursdays between 12-5pm. For those who live outside of the Mt. Laurel area, you would bring a cooler on Saturdays to pick up your weekly harvest between 9am-12pm at Mt. Laurel in front of Main Street Florist.
If you have a large family and want to sign up for 2 or 3 shares per week, you are welcome to do so in advance without increasing your initial down payment; if you did this, you would be charged $39/week for one box and only $45 per additional box (savings of $450 over 30 weeks) to account for a single delivery fee and to discount loyalty. Each member is capped at 3 boxes/week under a single down payment before having to add an additional down payment.
If we still have memberships available, anyone who joins before April 1st will be charged the $625 down payment, then $39 per box per week as normal.
If memberships are still available after the season begins or if a CSA member backs out and leaves a vacancy, anyone who joins after April 1st or during the growing season will not be charged the down payment but will be charged $60 per box per week. You may join at any point during the season if we have less than 30 active memberships.
Any extra vegetables will be offered to our CSA members firstly as add-ons, then anything left will be sold at the Mt. Laurel Farmer's Market.
It is understood that weekly harvest is a bit unpredictable because of variables that only God can control (the weather, natural disasters, etc.). We thank you for supporting your local farmers!
